Acceptance of Terms and Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting to receive SMS messages from Trinity Pharmacy, whether through a web form, verbal consent, or other means, you enter into a binding agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Your act of providing your number and checking an opt-in box (or equivalent affirmative action) constitutes your express written consent to receive recurring automated and manual SMS messages from Trinity Pharmacy at the phone number you have provided.
You hereby represent and warrant that you are either the account holder for the mobile phone number provided or have been authorized by the account holder to provide this consent. You understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any message, data, or other charges that may be imposed by your wireless carrier as a result of your participation in this service. You further confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained the necessary parental or guardian consent to use this service.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving pharmacy services from Trinity Pharmacy, except in instances where the SMS service is intrinsically linked to a specific service you have requested, such as prescription delivery notifications or refill reminders for a mail-order program. If your mobile number changes, it is your responsibility to notify Trinity Pharmacy immediately to update your contact information. To continue receiving SMS messages, you must provide fresh consent with your new number.
